How to order your wedding stationery and what happens next
1 - Choose your wedding stationery design and what stationery items you need. Work out how many items you need for each stationery item, add on a few extra, just in case, it’s always easier and often cheaper to order all at the same time. Don't forget that you do not need an invitation for each guest, usually just one per address is sufficient. There is no minimum order value, but I ask that you orrder at least 10 items of any personalised items (not applicable to guest books, table plans and table number cards).
2 - Place your order on the website with full payment, I accept Paypal, cheque or bank transfer.
3 - I will send you an email, requesting your wording, font choice and font colour etc, usually within 2 working days from receipt of your order. Get as much input from friends & family before sending your wording, as any changes may impact the production time and costs. I offer 2 changes to the text you submit free of charge, further amendments may be subject to a fee of £20 for each additional PDF required.
4 - I will send you a PDF proof (usually within 2 working days of receiving your personalised text), which you carefully check and double-check for any mistakes and print off a copy to check readability. Once you are perfectly happy with the PDF proof you send me approval to print.
5 - I start to print your wedding stationery. I ask that you allow at least 3 to 4 weeks from sign off of your proofs to dispatch ( may be longer in busy times), unless both parties agree an alternative timeline. If you need your stationery by a certain date please contact me to discuss prior to placing an order to check current dispatch dates.
6 - I dispatch your wedding stationery to you by Royal Mail or Courier – a signature will be required.
