The Wedding Invitation Boutique Terms and Conditions

All orders accepted are subject to these terms and conditions of sale which supersede any previous terms and conditions.

All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are intended to give a general idea of the products, the colours and appearance of images displayed on our site may vary slightly to the products. This is due to differences in individual monitor settings, photography limitations and file size restrictions. 

We aim to ensure that all the information available on our site at any time is accurate and complete. However, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions. If you notice an error or omission on our site please point it out to us. We will then use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible.

Payment
We require the full payment of your order upon placing your order. You may pay by Paypal via the website or cheque, building society cheque or bacs. Cheques should be made payable to The Wedding Invitation Boutique.


Cancellations, Errors and Returns
All monies paid are non-refundable should an order be cancelled post proof sign off. We regret that refunds and exchanges can only be made where the goods are faulty or fail to meet the clients’ requirements as agreed at the final proof stage. Should an order cancellation be received prior to proof sign off, we will refund the cost of items that have not already been produced, subject to a 50% cancellation charge.

We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time until the order has been delivered for any reason and refund the customer in full.

Prices

Prices may be subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to display the prices accurately. However, on rare occasions, mistakes happen. In this instance we will correct the mistake and inform the customer so that they can decide whether to continue with the order at the correct price.

Delivery

The Wedding Invitation Boutique accept orders on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. Should an item not be available, the customer will be informed and an alternative offered as soon as possible.
Delivery dates provided by the Wedding Stationery Boutique are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the orders however caused. Any claims for non-delivery, shortages or damaged goods must be made in writing within 5 working days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
In the event of any claim, settlement will be limited to the value of the goods defectively produced and will in no way extend to consequential loss, howsoever caused.

RESERVATION OF TITLE - The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier or attempted delivery should the customer fail to attempt to take delivery of the goods.

Returns

Faulty Goods only - Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Goods to be returned to: The Wedding Invitation Boutique, 48 St Wilfrids Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 8BD. We will offer to reimburse the price that you have paid for the goods in the form of a credit note. Alternatively if you contact us within 7 working days we may offer to replace the product(s). This is subject to management discretion. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, will not be replaced or credited.
The Wedding Invitation Boutique shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed in breach of the agreement by reason of any delay or failure to deliver goods if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control- including Act of God, explosion, flood tempest, fire or accident, War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition, Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of governmental, parliamentary or local authority, Import or export regulations or embargoes,postal strikes, Power failure or problems with machinery.
Discount/ offer codes cannot be used in conjuction with each other, unless explicitly stated by The Wedding Invitation Boutique.
